We offer two grant routes for homeowners who are looking to install a heat pump.

Individual Energy Upgrade

The individual grant route is for homeowners looking to take a step-by-step approach, spreading out the costs over time, making it more affordable. As well as grants for heat pumps, SEAI offer grants for attic and wall insulation and renewable technologies such as solar PV.

One Stop Shop service

For homeowners who want a complete home energy upgrade solution, achieving a min BER B2, SEAI offer the One Stop Shop service. A One Stop Shop will manage the project from start to finish, including all grant applications. They will also carry out the upgrades needed to make your home heat pump ready.
