Access the M&R system

I am an existing user

You will need a valid username and password to log in to the M&R system. All existing users should have a username and password. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, help is available on the login page. 

If for any reason your old log in details are not working please email the helpdesk [email protected] to request new log in details.

I am a new user

To register as a new user for the M&R system, where your organisation is already reporting on M&R, please send an email with the following information to [email protected]:

• A valid email address to be used as the username 
• Name of the person who will be the primary M&R system user 
• Phone number 
• Name of the school/organisation 
• Schools (except ETBs): Roll number 
• All other public bodies (including ETBs): Public Sector Organisation (PSO ID) number. This is a unique identification number - in the format PSO-12345 - assigned to each public body. See our list of PSO IDs.

I am a new organisation

If your school or organisation has never been registered for Monitoring & Reporting, then please email [email protected] with the following information: 

• A valid email address to be used as the username 
• Name of the person who will be the primary M&R system user 
• Name of the school/organisation 
• Schools (except ETBs): Roll number 
• Full address and Eircode 
• Phone number 
• Year and month your school/organisation opened  

Please note that you must be in operation for 1 full year before you will be able to register for Monitoring & Reporting.
