Website accessibility

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA. These guidelines are the international standard for making web content more accessible.

Our aim is to provide a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Non-accessible content

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone. We are working to improve areas of our website including:

  • Elements of our navigation
  • Adding text descriptions for all images and charts
  • Ensuring all links have informative text
  • Creating a table layout that is accessible

Preparation of this accessibility statement

The statement was prepared in part by IA Labs. IA performed a blend of manual and automated accessibility audits using multiple platforms:

  • Windows (JAWS, NVDA)
  • Mac (Voice Over)
  • iOS (VoiceOver)
  • Android (TalkBack)
  • Their native accessibility tools

They created a detailed issue log against WCAG 2.1 standards. These issues were presented to the development team who then amended these issues and brought the website in to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

The statement was last reviewed in June 2023.
