International marine bunkers refer to the fuel delivered at Ireland's ports to vessels that are engaged in international navigation. Stock change is the change between opening and closing stock levels for a fuel held in Ireland during the year:

  • Net stock draw (+)
  • Net stock build (-)

Activities that add energy to primary energy requirement have been assigned positive values. Activities that remove energy from primary energy requirement have been assigned negative values.

Stock Change

Breakdown by Energy Product

The data view below shows the annual energy product breakdown of net stock change. A negative value corresponds to a net stock build, while a positive value corresponds to a net draw-down of stocks into primary energy supply.

Breakdown by Energy Sub-Product

The data view below shows the annual energy sub-product breakdown of net stock change. A negative value corresponds to a net stock build, while a positive value corresponds to a net draw-down of stocks into primary energy supply. Individual energy sub-products can be selected.
