The importance of good fabric

Fabric describes the materials that make up a building's exterior. This includes walls, floor, roof and glazing. Buildings of a certain age can reduce heat loss by upgrading their fabric. Experience a comfortable building using less energy, while reducing your running costs and carbon footprint.

Fabric is also important to consider when replacing a boiler with a heat pump. Heat pumps run more efficiently in well insulated buildings.
